You can register using an email address or a third-party account (such as Google or Apple). After registration, you can: · Use AI design tools · Create design projects · Generate product solutions · Connect e-commerce platforms · Create independent stores

Genki-AI supports two store modes: a) Independent Store — You can create an independent store directly within the Genki-AI platform and sell products to consumers. b) Authorized E-commerce Platform Stores — You can authorize and connect your existing e-commerce platform stores (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, AliExpress). After authorization, you can publish products to these platforms with one click. You may connect or create multiple stores within Genki-AI and manage products and orders in one place.

If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

If you wish to delete your account, go to: Profile Center → My Information to delete your account or contact the platform support team. Once your account is deleted, all subscription services and project data cannot be recovered.

Users can generate design ideas by entering text descriptions or uploading images. The generated results can also be edited or optimized within the platform.

AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable. Users should independently determine whether the generated content is suitable for commercial use.

Subject to compliance with the platform's Terms, users generally retain the usage rights to the content they generate and may use it for commercial purposes, such as selling products. However, users must ensure that their designs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, such as trademarks or copyrights.

After generating a design, you can choose a product type (e.g. T-shirt, cap, bag), apply the design to a product template, generate title and description, and publish to your authorized stores with one click. The system adapts to each platform’s image and listing requirements.

Go to: My Store → Product Management There you can modify product details such as title, inventory, and price.

Go to: My Store → Order Management There you can view order details, manage fulfillment, and export order data in batches.

Core platform services (such as AI design and product generation) consume credits. You can obtain credits through subscription plans or additional credit purchases.

If the credits in your subscription plan are used up, go to: Profile Center → Subscription Management to purchase additional credits.

Payments are typically processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Link, etc. Supported methods may include credit card and other online payment options.

You can cancel your subscription in account settings before the current billing period ends. After cancellation, the subscription will stop at the end of that period.
